Throughout the life of the lease, Smartleasing ensures the efficient management of FBT. We provide real time updates regarding FBT position throughout the year and produce the annual FBT reports for both clients and customers. We can even increase tax savings where customers exceed their kilometre requirements.
We also use kilometre readings through fuel card usage to track driving patterns and predict running cost spending. Customers receive triggered communications if their budgets are exceeding or falling short of their estimates and options are provided.
In conjunction with our partner, Westpac, Smartsalary provides both an Everyday Purchases and Meal Entertainment card for employees of a public health service, medical research institute, aged care facility, or Australian Taxation Office approved charity.
